1. Purpose of the Application
Of Course It's True is an online multiplayer game that allows several players to participate in sessions based on statements and a bluffing mechanic.
During a game:
- one player reads a statement,
- one player knows the correct answer,
- the other players must invent a believable answer,
- the reader must then identify the person telling the truth.
The Application is used to organize game sessions, assign roles, and manage the flow of the game.
Of Course It's True is an entertainment game and does not constitute a communication service, a social network, or a content-sharing platform.
2. Access to the Application
The Application may be used by any person with a compatible device and an Internet connection.
Users are responsible for:
- installing the Application,
- maintaining the security of their device,
- their Internet connection,
- and the environment in which they use the Application.
The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will always be available or free from interruptions.

3. Game Operation
Game sessions take place in game rooms that can be accessed using a code shared among players.
Players join the same room to participate in a shared game session.
The proper functioning of the game relies on the active and honest participation of all players.
The Developer cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by:
- a player disconnecting,
- poor Internet connectivity,
- a player leaving the game,
- or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Application.
4. Communication Between Players
Of Course It's True does not provide any built-in text, audio, or video communication system between players.
Any communication necessary for the gameplay must be carried out by the players themselves, for example:
- by being physically present in the same location, or
- by using an external communication service (voice call, video call, etc.).
The Developer does not monitor or control these external communications.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Application in a respectful manner and in compliance with applicable laws.
In particular, users must not:
- intentionally disrupt the progress of a game,
- use automated programs, bots, or cheating tools,
- engage in abusive or harmful behavior toward other players,
- use the Application for illegal purposes.
The Developer reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the Application in the event of abusive behavior or violations of these Terms.
6. Liability
The Application is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty.
The Developer shall not be held liable for:
- temporary service interruptions,
- technical errors or malfunctions,
- potential loss of data,
- any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application,
- the conduct or actions of other players.
Users access and use the Application at their own risk.
7. Personal Data
Information regarding the collection and processing of personal data is described in the Application’s Privacy Policy, which is available separately.
8. Suspension or Restriction of Access
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Application for any user who violates these Terms or whose behavior is harmful to the proper functioning of the service.
Such measures may be taken without prior notice.
9. Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Use may be modified at any time to reflect updates to the Application or changes in applicable laws.
Users are encouraged to review the most recent version regularly.
Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country of residence of the Developer, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the user's country.
11. Language
These Terms may be available in multiple languages.
In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the French version shall prevail.
