The Application may be used by any person with a compatible device and an Internet connection.

Users are responsible for:

• installing the Application,
• maintaining the security of their device,

The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will always be available or free from interruptions.

• a player disconnecting,
• poor Internet connectivity,
• a player leaving the game,
• or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Application.

Of Course It's True does not provide any built-in text, audio, or video communication system between players.

Any communication necessary for the gameplay must be carried out by the players themselves, for example:

• by being physically present in the same location, or
• by using an external communication service (voice call, video call, etc.).

The Developer does not monitor or control these external communications.

Users agree to use the Application in a respectful manner and in compliance with applicable laws.

In particular, users must not:

• intentionally disrupt the progress of a game,
• use automated programs, bots, or cheating tools,
• engage in abusive or harmful behavior toward other players,
• use the Application for illegal purposes.

The Developer reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the Application in the event of abusive behavior or violations of these Terms.
